What it is
A long, thin serrated knife designed for cutting cut comb honey out of a frame before square-cutting the pieces with a comb honey cutter. The serration grips the wax cap so the cut starts cleanly without crushing the comb cells underneath. Stainless steel for easy sanitation.
How it fits in the workflow
Cut full-frame strips with this knife → score the strips into individual squares with the comb honey cutter (3¾" or 4⅛") → drop into the matching cut comb box → label.
