What it is
The Ross Round system is the modern way to produce circular-section comb honey. This complete assembly bundles the wood super body with all the internal Ross Round components — split section frames, plastic rings, plastic clear covers, and the foundation guide — so you have everything needed to put a Ross Round super on a strong colony and start producing finished sections.
How it works
Bees fill each circular plastic ring with comb on the included thin surplus foundation. When the sections are sealed, you remove the rings, snap the clear plastic covers on, label, and the section is ready for retail. No cutting, no draining, no extracting — the section is the finished product.
When to use it
Comb honey production needs a strong, well-stocked colony at the start of a major nectar flow. Weak colonies will not draw the sections evenly. Killion's Honey in the Comb (sold separately on this site) is the standard reference if you are new to comb production.
What you still need
Replacement foundation, replacement rings, replacement clear covers, and section labels are sold separately as you produce more honey than the included starter parts cover. All four are stocked individually.
